I’m officially opening up Fall at The Peach Kitchen….
It’s just about time for falling leaves and cold weathers but because we don’t really have Fall here in this tropical, humid country…
Then it’s just right to celebrate it with apple recipes, pumpkin pies, caramels, hot ciders and spices like cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves!
But before all that, let me welcome November with these cute Acorn Donuts, which was a part of our spread during last year’s Fall-Themed Tea Party.
I made this today for the kids school baon.
It’s very simple and easy to make… I should’ve entitled this post: How To Make Acorn Donuts..hee.
This is what November looks like…..
How To Make Acorn Donuts
For your acorn donuts to be a success, you need four things: Pretzels, melted chocolate, roughly chopped nuts and your favorite brand of donut holes/ munchkins.
Just dip the top part of the donut holes in the melted chocolate…
Roll it in chopped nuts….
Insert a broken piece of pretzel on top to make for the stem…and voilà! you have yourself a cute acorn!
