Felix Restaurant is named after Chef Florabel’s father. It was my first time there during the launching of CDO Holiday Ham. I just wanted to highlight the canapés they served during the event. I love canapés because one, they are decorative and two, they can be held with my fingers and eaten at one bite…or two.
