If you love music, particulary jazz you will love the news I have for you. The popular Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival is coming in a little over a month! This weeklong event features marquee musicians like Gladys Knight, Herbie Hancock and Jeff Beck. They will be performing at various locations in the heart of downtown Rochester, NY.
Surely there will be lots of festivalgoers as this festival attracts more than 125,000 people from around the world each year.Xerox and the event organizers keep their focus on the business of entertainment while everyone enjoys themselves with the event and the music. Many venues requires tickets and one of the things that they focus on is making Club Passes that not only has a very cool fluorescent design but also prevents counterfeiting in any way.These Club Passes are durable and can last day long events as well.
Xerox Corporation will also present an “American Idol” style music competition. The “Jazz Star”, winner of the competition, will receive $2,000 cash, recording time in a professional studio, and a CD with custom-designed cover that will be made available on Amazon.com and iTunes for a year. The money that will be raised from the talent show will benefit a local youth program.
