If there’s one thing Twinkle absolutely LOVES, it’s mangoes. This girl is obsessed. Mango gummies? Yes. Mango shake? Every day if she could. Mango Float? Her ultimate favorite! So when I told her that we were making Mango Graham Ice Cream at home, her eyes lit up like it was Christmas in April.

And let me tell you, this ice cream is something else. It’s creamy, fruity, sweet, and has that irresistible graham crunch that just screams comfort food and summer nostalgia all at once. Think of it as a mix between your classic mango float and a tub of smooth, homemade ice cream. It’s cold, it’s creamy, it’s dreamy… and it’s SO easy to make!

What is Mango Graham Ice Cream?

It’s basically summer in a tub.

Imagine sweet Philippine mangoes (the best kind, of course!) diced for a chunky finish, then swirled with whipped cream and condensed milk, and layered or mixed with grahams crackers for that signature float vibe. No eggs, no ice cream maker, no complicated steps — just pure deliciousness made in your very own kitchen.

It’s a cross between the beloved Mango Float and a no-churn ice cream. You get the flavor and texture of both — soft, creamy, and filled with mango goodness — with little bits of graham crust in every bite. It’s refreshing and indulgent at the same time.

With the heat lately, this Mango Graham Ice Cream is a life-saver. It’s our go-to treat when we want something cold and fruity without leaving the house. We just grab a spoon (or two), open the freezer, and boom—instant happiness.

Plus, the fresh mango flavor is just so summer. Pair it with a sunny afternoon, a good book, or movie night with the fam, and you’ve got yourself the perfect chill moment.

Warning though: it won’t last long in the freezer. Ours disappears within a day!

Mango Graham Ice Cream

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (250ml) packs all purpose cream, chilled
  • 1 (300ml) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 mangoes, washed and diced
  • 1.5 cups of graham crackers, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Using a mixer, beat the chilled all purpose cream until it doubles in size.
  2. Add condensed milk and fold until well combined.
  3. Add 3/4 of the mango cubes and the graham crackers leaving some for toppings.
  4. Mix well and transfer to your chosen container.
  5. Top with the remaining mango cubes and graham crackers.
  6. Cover with cling wrap and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
