This Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte is perfectly spiced and sweetened and gives you that cool, cozy taste of Fall

I used to like my Pumpkin Spice Latte hot, but now? I’m all about that iced version. I take it decaf and with oat milk—yeah, I’ve made some changes. A lot has shifted since that first Pumpkin Spice Latte, but it’s still the same old me… only now, there’s older Twinkle and Ykaie, and a much busier mommy life to juggle. Some days, I feel like I’m racing against time just to keep up, but hey, I’m managing—and that’s what matters, right?

It’s wild, though—just yesterday it felt like we were ringing in 2024, and now, here we are, already gearing up for the end of the year. It’s almost Christmas! I don’t know about you, but I can’t quite figure out where the year went. My goals? Yeah, I’m not any closer to them than I was at the start. But I’m keeping it positive. You know me, I’m a forever optimist. So if I don’t hit those goals by December, no biggie—I’ll just roll them over to next year. There’s always time, right? It’s all about progress, not perfection.

And speaking of change, I’ve really been soaking in all the Fall vibes this year. I love Fall—the warm colors, the oranges and browns, the crisp air, and of course, all things pumpkin spice. Last year, I don’t know if I was too busy or just uninspired, but I didn’t create anything with that classic Fall feeling. This year, though? I’m all about it. It’s like the season has unlocked a new sense of creativity in me, and honestly, it feels so good to lean into it. It’s the little things—like making cozy spaces at home, lighting pumpkin-scented candles, or yes, treating myself to my Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte. These are the moments that make my heart happy.

Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

It’s funny how something as simple as a coffee can reflect bigger shifts in your life. Iced, decaf, oat milk—those little choices feel like a reflection of where I’m at right now. Things are more chill. I’m trying to slow down and savor the good moments, instead of rushing to tick off every box. In some ways, this iced PSL is my reminder to enjoy the journey—whether or not I’m hitting all the milestones I set for myself this year.

So, as I sip on my iced pumpkin spice latte and watch the leaves turn golden outside, I’m keeping my focus on the present. There’s always room for growth, always time to chase those dreams. But for now, I’m happy where I am—living for the moments that make me smile, and for the simple joy of my favorite seasonal drink.

What about you? Are you embracing Fall too? And do you have any fun goals you’re working on—or maybe like me, you’re just letting them carry over to next year? Either way, here’s to all the little things that make this season special. And yes, that means more pumpkin spice lattes. Cheers to the season! 🎃🍂
