Chili Eggs is a staple here at home. It’s Ykaie’s favorite breakfast on top of toast. She has this almost every single morning that she can easily finish a bottle of an expensive brand of chili oil. So I’m glad I discovered Pacific Sunrise Flavored Oils.
It coms in three different flavors: Garlic, Chicken, and Chili. These are fortified with Vitamin A, contains Vitamin E, and Omega 6 & 9. And it can be used for frying, sautéing, drizzling, marinating, and so much
more.
For today’s BacSiLog with Chili Eggs breakfast, I made use of Pacific Sunrise Garlic and Chili Oil.
There was no need to add garlic to the oil because it was already infused with garlic. All I did was add a teaspoon of patis to make it more tasty. Then for the eggs, I just fried it in the chili oil and added salt. Before serving, I sprinkled some roasted sesame seeds and chopped spring onions. Sarap!
I’ve yet to try the Chicken Oil. I think I’m gonna use this when I cooked Chicken Sotanghon Soup.
