We had lunch at Nanyang at Robinson’s Place Manila after our pasyal at the Manila Ocean Park. As you can see dala-dala ni Twinkle ang kanyang new plushie named “Mer” which is a hammerhead shark. It’s her souvenir from our pasyal today. We didn’t want to eat at Manila Ocean Park at nagkayayaan sa Rob Place because the Toys R’Us there carries a lot of Sylvanian Family toys na gustong tingnan ni Twinkle.
I’ve been meaning to try the Laksa at Nanyang for the longest time kaya we decided to have lunch there.
Ykaie had the Hainanese Fried Chicken Rice Set (₱268) It includes moist and tender golden crispy chicken cutlet served with fragrant rice cooked in rich broth, broth, and comes with special dipping sauces.
Twinkle had the Fishball Noodles Soup (₱198) – the fishball was tasty and the noodles a bit chewy. It comes with a flavorful brotha n served really hot. I, of course, had the Laksa (₱268). While it was really tasty and comes with the rich soup, I find the noodles a bit dry and undercooked when it was served.
Daddydoodledoo had the Curry Chicken with Toast (₱248). May pa-less rice diet daw sya.. hihihi. Masarap tong Chicken Curry, it has thick, rich gravy and is very flavorful.
Hope to be back again soon to try the other items on the menu.
