Wing2X Korean Chicken

SM North EDSA is one of our favorite malls. It’s where we frequently do our shopping and window shopping kaya naman whenever there’s a new restaurant, we make sure to give it a try. So when we saw Wing2 ( read as WingWing… na akala ko Wing Squared..hihihi), we really wanted to try it lalo na mahilig pa naman kami sa chicken wings.

So Friday last week, that’s where we had lunch… While waiting for our orders to arrive, they serve a complimentary cotton candy. Of course, happy si Twinkle! It’s one of her favorite sugary treats!

For our drinks, we tried the Lychee Lemonade (green one)(₱85) and the Passion Fruit Iced Tea (₱85). It’s a bit sweet to my liking but the flavors were good. We also tried the Soup Of the Day which has wakame and leeks.

Twinke and Ykaie both love the Garlic Parmesan Fries (₱160) – fries were crispy and flavored with garlic and parmesan cheese.

The boneless wings are crispy and juicy! We tried the Creamy Truffle and the Hot and Creamy Honey. Both flavors are a bit spicy but equally good. I love that it’s very saucy — it was nice dipping the boneless wings in more sauce as you eat it.

Eto na nga ang chicken wings! We tried four flavors: Cheesy Bacon, Salted Egg, Garlic Parmesan, and NY Buffalo. (Half Dozen ₱329). I love that they didn’t skimp on the flavors of their wings! Masarap lahat. We loved it kasi hindi sya overly breaded unlike others a na-try namin. It’s crispy yet remains tender and juicy inside.

You know me, I love salads. So I made sure to try the Asian Chicken Salad (₱245) which is made of Boneless chicken, cabbage, carrots, fried wantons, peanuts, jicama w/ sesame ginger dressing. I was surprised to find out that it’s spicy!

Their Bibimbap is so flavorful and the serving is quite big. think pwede tong good for two na. I love the Truffle Carbonara (₱295) the noodles were cooked al dente and it was served hot. It has truffle, bacon, mushroom with cream and parmesan cheese.

Their Chicken Sandwich has a big breaded chicken fillet in the middle with a tasty garlic mayo. Oh and the Chicken and Waffle is the perfect sweet and salty combo!
