Make Weekends More Delicious with DIY S’mores Board

Make Weekends More Delicious with DIY S'mores Board

One of the best things about weekends is that the whole family is at home. It’s when we get to do our favorite things together like watch a movie, play a game board, and of course, cook and eat together.

We all have a sweet tooth and one of the easiest desserts we love and enjoy making is — nothing else but — S’MORES!! Since ate Ykaie got the highest grade in almost all of her exams last week, I thought it would be nice to elevate our favorite and turn it into something that they wouldn’t only enjoy but would spark their creativity too.

A DIY S’MORES BOARD!

There are only three things that you’ll need to make s’mores:

Marshmallows + Chocolate + M.Y. San Grahams

There are three variants of M.Y. San Grahams: M.Y. San Honey Grahams, M.Y. San Chocolate Grahams, and  M.Y. San Crushed Grahams . You can choose just one variant to go in your DIY S’mores Board or if you’re like us who can’t  get enough s’mores — you can choose to use all three.

To make my DIY S’Mores Board, I added some classic chocolates, chocolate peanut butter cups, and chocolate chips. For the marshmallows, I added the classic whites and some colorful ones to make it look more fun and festive. I also added some sprinkles.

Of course, there’s fruit. I put some strawberries because we just love Strawberry S’mores!

It’s a good thing we have a small burner for roasting marshmallows so we don’t have to go away from the table but if you don’t have one, you can use a torch, an over toaster, or just microwave it.

Ykaie and Twinkle had fun making their own s’mores, combining flavors, and just roasting marshmallows until it becomes ooey gooey….

Some of the s’mores you can create using this board are:

The Classic S’mores – roasted marshmallows and chocolate sandwiched in between M.Y. San Honey Grahams.

The Double Chocolate S’mores  – roasted marshmallows and chocolate sandwiched in between M.Y. San Chocolate Grahams.

The Chocolate Covered Strawberry S’mores – roasted marshmallows, sliced strawberries, and chocolate sandwiched in between M.Y. San Honey Grahams.

The Peanutbutter and Chocolate S’mores  – roasted marshmallows and peanut butter cup sandwiched in between M.Y. San Honey Grahams.

You can create your own flavors too, just mix and match whatever it is you can see on the board!

This is not just perfect over the weekend. You can make this during special celebrations or parties too! Less cooking and people will absolutely love it.
