Clothes Buffet Manila Season 2: The Only Buffet That Won’t Get You Fat

A sucker for buffet is what I am. I mean, who wouldn’t want to dine in a place where you can eat all the goodies you want for just a certain price that you have to pay. Isn’t it really getting your money’s worth each and everytime?

Since today is the start of my journey to losing my post pregnancy weight and my road to being a healthy and fitter me, let’s talk about a buffet that won’t get you fat at all. Yup, that’s right — it’s the only buffet I know that won’t get you fat but fashionable. Say hello to Clothes Buffet Manila Season 2!!!

So what is Clothes Buffet Manila? It’s a one of a kind shopping experience where in you can shop for clothes and grab all you want in 20 minutes. You get to keep everything you can fit in your buffet bag!

The first one was so successful and sought after that Season 2 had to happen!

Last August 7, 2015 Pretty Penny Productions launched the ORIGINAL SHOP-ALL-YOU-CAN event entitled Clothes Buffet Manila Season 2 which is dubbed to be BIGGER, BETTER and LONGER at the prestigious Le Jardin restaurant located in Bonifacio Global City.

It was attended by famous bloggers and media sponsors who were given an exclusive invite to experience a Mini-buffet with 9 fashionable racks and 2 main themes to choose from.

What To Expect This Season

Better Collection

Zia Co, the general manager of Clothes Buffet Manila, stated that they have learned what the shoppers liked from last season, and has now brought more of those pieces into this season.

Now, there will be two major themes: Coachella Ready (think frills and colors much like the ones you see at the famous music festival) and Gossip Girl (the sophisticated trend of the Upper East Side, IT Girls).

Another new thing this season was the introduction of a surprise theme upon entering the buffet floor. This was actually a crowd favorite amongst the bloggers. As the Little Black Dress theme was revealed, Co also mentioned to watch out for surprise themes that will be available during the main event come November.

Bigger Bag

The new buffet bag is bigger – it’s now at 33 cm by 25 cm which means that it could hold up to an additional 2-4 clothing pieces minimum. This is great news especially when the record to break is at 21 pieces (!) from last season.

Longer Time

This season, the shopping time is increased to 20 minutes instead of 15 from the last season. 2nd time bloggers were thrilled at the adjustment and felt it was a good help in stuffing in their last minute clothing pieces

The Price

For a one-time payment of ₱ 2,599 for early bird shoppers (this is until October 21, 2015) and ₱ 2,799 from there on forth and walk-ins, you get to attend the first and the original SHOP-ALL-YOU-CAN experience in the country.

Booking System

Pouch is a new ticketing process where shoppers will only need to have a QR code scanned on the event itself in exchange for a “smart” wristband which will serve as a substitute for their ticket other transactions within the event dates (especially useful during the Blowout Sales). “Get Social” is also another feature that comes along with the digital wristband which allows users to automatically check in onto their respective social media accounts by tapping their wristbands at the supplied terminals.

The Venue

The event will be held at The Elements at Eton Centris in Quezon City, the venue is double the size of the previous “buffet floor”. This means that the racks will also be twice as much as compared to the previous buffet – around 100 racks which amounts to a whopping 10-15,000 clothes at one time.

So for those worried about running out of clothes, the team has confirmed that they will make sure that the floor will be restocked before, during and after each wave just to make sure their dearest shoppers never run out of clothes to choose from.

Also, multiple rounds is allowed.

Catch the first and the original SHOP-ALL-YOU-CAN fashion event in the country this coming November 21-22, 2015 the ELEMENTS events venue at the Eton Centris, Quezon City.
