This Hawaiian Pizza combines the perfect crust, King Sue Bacon and Sweet Ham , and Dole Pineapple Tidbits to make the perfect Summer pizza.
There are days when I don’t feel like moving at all. I feel that if I just move an inch and burn a single calorie I would instantly burst into spontaneous human combustion. Yeah, that is how hot I feel these days.
I know I’m probably not alone. There are two consecutive days when the temperature here in the country was predicted to be 40ยบ.
And I’m pregnant. So I’m pretty sure that I feel double the amount of heat that you feel.
With the blazing hot Summer sun plus the heaviest bump of all time, I sometimes get the urge of not cooking (well, not do anything at all) and just lie in bed inside an air conditioned room all day everyday. But the bills will pile up and I won’t get any of my work done. Plus my family would surely miss my cooking….
So what I decided to do from this day onwards, until after I give birth, is to cook only meals that are easy to do. Thanks to King Sue Ham for sending over bacon, ham, sausages, and tocino. They are a big help to me in the kitchen. I didn’t have to go to the grocery anymore and they are soooo delicious!
Today, lunch was Hawaiian Pizza made with ready-made pizza crust, King Sue Sweet ham and Bacon, Dole Pineapple Tidbits, Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese, and Dole Spaghetti Sauce Sweet Style in Butter Cream which makes for a great substitute for pizza sauce.
This is what my pizza looks like before it went in the oven…
Ykaie made her own pizza too! She enjoys cooking as much as I do. She prefers the thin crust, though, while I prefer the thicker one as I like the feeling of sinking my teeth over warm, soft, and chewy dough.
Tadah! It was such a satisfying lunch. Ykaie wanted to create more homemade pizzas and she wants Pepperoni next time.

I never thought that your own homemade pizza looked delicious than any other delis. ๐
Awww, thanks Sef!
You had me at Bacon here. That’s my favorite ingredients for Pizza. This one taste extra special with the variety of meat toppings and pineapple.
It’s made with love, Franc..heehee
Good you have King Sue’s products to cover you with this blazing heat. The heat is so bad lately!!! ;(
Yeah! I can’t stand it!
The pizza looks so yummy especially because of the mozzarella cheese! I understand you about this heat in our country. I have to turn on the AC all afternoon or else I will be drenched in sweat inside my own room.
And of course, our electric bill will go up.
The first picture made me water my mouth and now i have to find pizza.
I’ll be checking back for the recipe. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Noah!
You should train someone to cook too so you will not carry all the burden. Wow that nice, who’s King Sue Ham anyway? Even though it’s simple, it still looks appetizing.
King Sue Ham is available at the grocery. You’ll love their products.
not a good idea, reading this post. THIS EARLY!!!

Ate Peachy, thank you for sharing this! I always pass by these ingredients in the supermarket but don’t pay much attention because I honestly don’t know how or where to use them (still have to learn a lot about cooking). Now that you’ve given a recipe and shown the ingredients, in my next grocery, I will definitely try this out! ๐
This is o easy to do lang! I hope you do try making your own Hawaiian Pizza at home.
*Drool* You are just awesome making this one! I love the pineapples in this — looks so succulent and perfect for the summer ๐ 5 stars!

Kids love pizza but more than that they love making their own! I’ve made a couple homemade pizzas but this by far looks way more tasty than mine!
I’m sure they will love this flavor!
It’s crazy because I’m the BIGGEST pineapple lover but it took me YEARS to finally get use to Hawaiian Pizza. I love that you made this yourself! Homemade pizza is the best <3

The pizza looks good. Would like to make one. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I have a long list of new recipes to try.
You’re welcome Tanj!
I love that you added bacon to your pizza. Around here a Hawaiian pizza is ham and pineapples only – no bacon. It sounds amazing.
Oh bacon makes it really really good!
That looks good! Sana kapitbahay kita hehe Seriously if I am out of ideas on what to cook, I always go to this blog ๐
Thank you so much Marie!
My son and I love homemade pizza and we can use whatever ingredients we have in the fridge.
It’s one of the things why I love pizza as well.
I remember being pregnant in summer, too. Nothing beats comfort food for these times.
Soo true!
I have never heard of these products, but will check out this brand more! Your pizza looks delicious and is there nothing better than making pizza together?
Thanks Joanne!
I love Hawaiian Pizza because it is sweet and salty! Just bought Dole’s Spaghetti Sauce, so I think we can try this out for merienda over the weekend.
Why not? It’s one of the best pizza flavors!
That’s a great looking Hawaiian pizza. And I remember being overly hot in the summer while expecting. Feel for ya!
Thanks Rosey!
My son’s favorite pizza is Hawaiian. He loves those pineapple chunks. I don’t think he’s ever had bacon on it, but I imagine bacon takes it over the top. Looks so good!
Oh pineapple and bacon go so well together.
Wow! I love haiwaiian pizza too. Great bonding with your kids din to ha! I hope i’ll have oven anytime soon, I want to do some baking and pizzas too =)
I’m sure you’ll get an oven soon!
That looks delicious! I love the fact that it was so easy to assemble, which is perfect for these hot summer days. I don’t have the added heat of being pregnant, but it’s been so warm lately that the less time I have to spend over a hot stove, the better!

Yeah, one of the things I don’t love about Summer.

Naku, she loves cooking! I’m sure paglaki ng daughter mo she will din.
Unfortunately, Hawaiian pizza is my least favorite kind of pizza. If I were to make my own personal little pizza, I’d do pepperoni, mushrooms, olives and green peppers. Yum.
Awww, I would love your pizza!
I was pregnant last summer…in TEXAS…so I feel ya. This pizza looks awesome. I have made bbq but not Hawaiian. Adding it to my “to make” list!! Xo
Whew! It’s really hard, yeah? I’m sure you’ll love this pizza.

Thanks! You should try making your own pizza. It’s really easy.
I used to make homemade pizza at home but I got problems when it comes to crust. It won’t rise like Pizza Hut.
Last week I tried making another version of preparing the crust and it goes better.
Good Luck on making the crust. Looking forward to your recipe.
I love pizza. I think I can eat a one whole pizza in one sitting. But medium size lang haha. Your hawaiian pizza looks sooooo yummy!
Same here Mommy Maye! Thanks!
How delicious! I have always enjoyed pineapples on my pizza, alas I can’t enjoy pizza like I used to since I can’t really eat anything with cheese.
Awww, there’s vegetarian cheese, right?
thanks for this easy-to-do recipe. bagay to sa kin na medyo shunga sa pagluluto..hehhehe
You’re welcome Marichu!
I love King Sue products and pizza. However, our family is not too crazy about Hawaiian Pizza. I guess we’re more into the meaty ones and don’t like anything sweet on it. But this one you made looks delicious!
Thanks Janice! Kami naman we love Hawaiian.
Pizza overload! Looking at the toppings alone made me full already.
Thanks Ron!
I haven’t tried King Sue products yet, but the sweet ham and bacon sure look delicious! I want that Hawaiian Pizza!
