  1. You certainly made a point for caviar. It has a very ta ta reputation. You paired it well with smoked salmon. I live in the Pacific NW. Smoked salmon is plentiful and awesome. It can be a tad expensive, so it is worthwhile to cultivate fisherman who have a smoker. Ha! Boy am I suddenly thinking about champagne. Seriously it was an informative blog and the colors were lovely with the black of the caviar and the coral of the salmon. Nicely done.

    I just can’t get the vissual out of my head though that these are fish eggs.
    Ive eaten fish eggs before, either fermented or salted, but not raw.
