I actually measured this recipe because I already have the ingredients available. This was made to prevent the carrots and the celery from spoiling and going to waste.
Ingredients:
1/4 kg elbow macaroni, cooked according to packet instruction
3 stalks of celery, cut into little pieces
1 piece carrots, cut into little pieces
1/2 kg of mayonnaise
200 kg of chicken breast, cooked and shredded
439g can of Pineapple chunks,drained
dash of sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl. Mix well. Add salt, pepper and a little sugar to taste.Chill and serve.
♥You can also add some apple if you like.
