I love street food. Even if some people are saying that it is dirty and yucky, I still buy them. They have this certain allure that I could not resist. Among my favorites are fishballs and pork lungs on a stick. I also like ice scramble and siomai, these two are very popular nowadays. They are made popular by those little stalls at the mall selling “clean versions” of these said street foods. And since they became popular, I often receive offers through e-mail or get tagged in facebook about franchise opportunities about them.
They are asking if I’m interested in purchasing an ice scramble stall or a siomai stall. They will supply the ingredients and they will provide the staff training. All I have to do is sign-up and pay for the materials and supplies. Sounds really easy but I told them I’ll have to think about it. After all, I’m operating an 18-hour computer shop.
