I’ve been a fan of the KFC Hot & Crispy for as long as I can remember. I think I’ve been a fan since the day they launched it. Don’t get me wrong, I like KFC original recipe fried chicken but I always find myself more drawn towards food that are crispy and crunchy — those that make a sound when I bite into it.
Imagine how glad I am when I found out about the latest creation from KFC — the KFC Crispy Butter Chicken.
The name says it all… it’s crispy and buttery fried chicken….. Fried Chicken that is cooked, breaded and buttered to perfection.
According to KFC, the chicken was marinated in butter and coated with butter breading, then paired with mashed potato topped with corn kernels….
And of course….. butter rice with some carrot bits.
I loved it because it’s something I can order if I want crispy chicken without the heat. And I think I can taste some hints of garlic as well. Everything is indeed #betterwithbutter .
If you are a butter-loving person (like me), I suggest you give it a try. I even ate it with this butter rice, to think that I was avoiding rice for quite sometime now. I wasn’t able to resist all that buttery smell!

I think Una will like this. For some reason, she doesn’t like KFC, spicy daw, even the original chicken. I think it’s the pepper in their seasoning.
This doesn’t have any hint of spice in it. I’m sure Una will like it.
