Purefoods Corned Beef Caldereta
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cans of Purefoods Corned Beef Caldereta
- 1 large potato, cut into pieces
- 1 carrot, cut into pieces
- 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
- Fry potatoes and carrots until cooked.
- Heat oil in a pan, saute onion until translucent.
- Add Purefoods Corned Beef Caldereta and cook for a minute.
- You can add 1/4 cup of water if it’s too thick.
- Add potatoes, carrots, and bell pepper. Simmer for 1 minute.
- Serve with steamed rice.
