Pork Ribs Adobo Recipe
- 1.15 kg pork ribs, cut into pieces
- 3 tbsp oil
- 9 cloves garlic, chopped finely
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup vinegar
- 1¼ cup water
- 3 pcs bay leaf
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Heat oil in a pot and add the garlic. Cook until fragrant and almost brown.
- Add the pork ribs pieces and cook until brown.
- Add soy sauce, water, bay leaf, and vinegar.
- Cover and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 30 minutes until the pork ribs are tender.
- Add the brown sugar and mix well.
- Turn off heat.
- Serve with steamed rice
