Pork Ribs Adobo Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.15 kg pork ribs, cut into pieces
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 9 cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 1¼ cup water
  • 3 pcs bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot and add the garlic. Cook until fragrant and almost brown.
  2. Add the pork ribs pieces and cook until brown.
  3. Add soy sauce, water, bay leaf, and vinegar.
  4. Cover and bring to a boil.
  5. Simmer for 30 minutes until the pork ribs are tender.
  6. Add the brown sugar and mix well.
  7. Turn off heat.
  8. Serve with steamed rice
