But before diving into the new Prime Sets, we had the chance to indulge in some of our all-time favorites. First up, the Paella Negra—a classic! It’s a squid ink rice dish that comes with baby squid, shrimp, scallops, and aioli. The rich, flavorful depth of this dish is just chef’s kiss.
Next, we enjoyed the Salmon y Salmon appetizer—think marinated salmon with dill, salmon roe, truffle cream, honey, and crispy air baguette. The combination of fresh, delicate flavors was so refreshing. And then came the Chipirones Andaluza, which is crispy fried baby squid served with kimchi mayo—definitely a fun, flavorful bite!
