Creamy Mushrooms Pork Chops
- 4 pork chops
- 2–3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion,chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, shopped finely
- 250ml all purpose cream
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- ground pepper and salt
- patis to taste
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the pork chops on both sides until brown. Set aside.
- Remove some of the oil.
- Cook the sliced mushrooms for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the onions and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the all purpose cream and the oyster sauce.
- Mix well and season with ground pepper. Mix well.
- Add the pork chops and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
- If the sauce becomes too thick, add 1/4 cup water and mix well.
- Serve with steamed rice.
