Baked Salmon for a Happy New Year! Hello 2025!
- 900g salmon fillet
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
- 3/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g french beans
- 3 tbsp butter
- lemon slices for garnish
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Put the salmon fillet into a foil tray. Pat dry.
- Season with lemon juice, then salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and parmesan cheese.
- Top the Salmon with the mayo-cheese mixture.
- Bake until cooked through, about 20-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish and your preference of doneness.
- While fish is baking, saute the french beans in butter until cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
- When Baked Salmon is cooked, put the buttered french beans on the side and garnish it with lemon slices on top.
