Baked Salmon for a Happy New Year! Hello 2025!

Ingredients

  • 900g salmon fillet
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200g french beans
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Put the salmon fillet into a foil tray. Pat dry.
  2. Season with lemon juice, then salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and parmesan cheese.
  4. Top the Salmon with the mayo-cheese mixture.
  5. Bake until cooked through, about 20-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish and your preference of doneness.
  6. While fish is baking, saute the french beans in butter until cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. When Baked Salmon is cooked, put the buttered french beans on the side and garnish it with lemon slices on top.
