Christmas Eve
I was bummed because Daddydoodledoo has work this Christmas Eve. Kahit na halfday, hindi na sya abot for Noche Buena because his work starts at 10pm and ends at 2am which means he will be home by 3am. Pero push pa rin to keep with out tradition. My original plan for Noche Buena was just us three — me, Ykaie, and Twinkle. Then we’ll just invite my sister who calls herself Anney. But sine my cousin and his family were spending their Christmas eve here at Tita Becka’s, we invited them over. The more, the merrier, diba?
As usual wala na naman Christmas tree this year dahil tinamad ang Mommy Peach nyo and nag-worry ng slight na baka pagtulungan ng 9 pets ang tree at magkalasog-lasog.. LOL! So wala na lang, I just put up Chistmas cover na lang sa sofa and dining. Promise na talaga, nest year meron na… hihihi

Our Noche Buena 2024
Our original plan was Shrimp Scampi and Roasted Chicken but Coffee bit Ykaie accidentally a few days before. So she had to get anti-rabies shots and bawal ang malalansa. So I prepared Beef Stroganoff and Baby Back Ribs, instead. I got the marinated ribs for S&R but it turned out super salty. hay next time, I’ll marinate it na lang myself.
Syempre, hindi pa rin mawawala ang Christmas Ham. I also prepared plain Caesar Salad — para lang may greens.
We also have a Charcuterie Board with crackers, salami, hungarian sausage slices, pepper jack cheese, sharp cheddar, and brie. It also had choclate covered almonds, grapes, strawberrry and nuts. Ykaie also baked some Snickerdoodles.
Sis brought Molo Soup and Roasted Chicken.
O diba hindi talaga ako prepared at napakagulo ng bahay.. hehehe
Christmas Day
Christmas Day was spent at Daddydoodledoo‘s side of the family — at Tita Susan’s house. It’s also her birthday celebration kasi. This photo was taken during the White Elephant game which is played yearly. I forgot to bring stuff for playing again. Next year, I won’t forget na..
I’m excited for Year of the Wood Snake 2025. They say it’s a transformation year.
