Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pumpkin Spice:
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground allspice
  • ½ tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients except vanilla extract in a saucepan. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat and bring it to a gentle simmer. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to blend.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Let the syrup cool to room temperature, then transfer to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
