Tuna Pesto Pasta
- 300g Fusilli pasta cooked according to package direction
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped finely
- 2 cans tuna chunks
- 2/3 cup green pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup pasta water
- ground black pepper
- salt to taste
- grated parmesan cheese for serving
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the tuna chunks. mix well and cook for two minutes.
- Add the green pesto sauce and pasta water. Season with ground black pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and add the cooked fusilli pasta.
- Mix well. make sure the pasta is well-coated with the sauce.
- Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top before serving.
