Ebi Burger

  • Ready Made Shrimp Patty, I used Fishta Ebi Burger
  • oil for frying
  • hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or more)
  • lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ebi Burger Shrimp patty. You can either fry in it oil or cook it in the air fryer until golden and crispy.
  2. Make the Sriracha Mayo by combining the mayonnaise and Sriracha. Mix well.
  3. Toast the buns, and once toasted you can start assembling the sandwich.
  4. Spread Sriracha mayo on the bun, add the lettuce, add the Ebi Burger. You can add additional toppings like tomatoes, cucumber, or avocado.
  5. Drizzle more sriracha mayo and add the top bun.
  6. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
