Ebi Burger
- Ready Made Shrimp Patty, I used Fishta Ebi Burger
- oil for frying
- hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp sriracha (or more)
- lettuce
- Cook the Ebi Burger Shrimp patty. You can either fry in it oil or cook it in the air fryer until golden and crispy.
- Make the Sriracha Mayo by combining the mayonnaise and Sriracha. Mix well.
- Toast the buns, and once toasted you can start assembling the sandwich.
- Spread Sriracha mayo on the bun, add the lettuce, add the Ebi Burger. You can add additional toppings like tomatoes, cucumber, or avocado.
- Drizzle more sriracha mayo and add the top bun.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
