The easiest Ebi Burger you can make!

Friends from Fishta Seafood sent over their Ebi Delight products last week. They sent over their Ebi Burger Shrimp Patty, Crispy Shrimp Balls, Popcorn Shrimp, and their Creamy Ebi Croquette. Syempre, the first one I tried is the Ebi Burger Shrimp Patty. I made the easiest Ebi Burger that’s perfect for snacking, school baon, and work baon.

What You’ll Need:

  • Fishta Ebi Burger Shrimp Patties (these are the star of the show!)
  • Burger Buns (your choice—brioche, whole wheat, whatever you like)
  • Toppings (think lettuce, tomato, avocado, or even cucumber)
  • Your favorite sauce: I made Sriracha Mayo but you can use plain mayo, ranch or honey mustard

Steps to Deliciousness:

  1. Cook the Patties: Start by cooking your Fishta Ebi Burger shrimp patties according to the package instructions. They’re super quick—usually just a few minutes on each side in a skillet or on the air fryer until they’re golden and crispy.
  2. Prep Your Buns: While the patties are cooking, lightly toast your burger buns. This adds a nice crunch and helps prevent them from getting soggy.
  3. Make the Sauce: Just combine mayo nd sriracha and mix well.
  4. Gather Your Toppings: Slice up your tomatoes, wash your lettuce, and get creative with toppings! I love adding avocado for creaminess, but you do you.
  5. Assemble the Burger: Once your patties are cooked and your buns are toasted, it’s time to build your burger. Start with the bottom bun, add the shrimp patty, and pile on your toppings. Don’t forget a drizzle of that sriracha mayo or wasabi mayo if you’re feeling adventurous!
  6. Top it Off: Place the top bun on, and voilà! Your Ebi burger is ready to rock.

Serving Suggestions:

These burgers pair perfectly with a side of sweet potato fries or a fresh salad. If you want to make it a meal, consider a refreshing drink like iced tea or a light beer.

Ingredients

  • Ready Made Shrimp Patty, I used Fishta Ebi Burger
  • oil for frying
  • hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (or more)
  • lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ebi Burger Shrimp patty. You can either fry in it oil or cook it in the air fryer until golden and crispy.
  2. Make the Sriracha Mayo by combining the mayonnaise and Sriracha. Mix well.
  3. Toast the buns, and once toasted you can start assembling the sandwich.
  4. Spread Sriracha mayo on the bun, add the lettuce, add the Ebi Burger. You can add additional toppings like tomatoes, cucumber, or avocado.
  5. Drizzle more sriracha mayo and add the top bun.
  6. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
