Tocino Breakfast Wrap
- J&F Yummy Tocino
- 3 cups lettuce, shredded
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cucumber, sliced
- 3 tomato, sliced
- 6 tortilla wrap
Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 bunch spring onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Heat oil and fry J&F Yummy Tocino.
- In a separate pan, cook the scrambled eggs.
- Make the sauce: Combine the spring onion, salt, and sour cream. Mix well. Set aside.
- In the tortilla wrap, assemble the lettuce, tomato and cucumber, scrambled egg, and J&F Yummy Tocino. Drizzle with the sour cream sauce. Roll into a wrap.
- Wrap in foil. Cut in half and serve with more sauce on the side.
