Hey everyone! So, this weekend we had a fantastic lunch at Shawarma Snack Center. And I just had to share the delicious details with you. We rolled into the restaurant with big appetites and an even bigger craving for some hearty Middle Eastern fare. Of course, we weren’t disappointed!
We kicked things off with two varieties of biryani that were nothing short of spectacular.
Let’s start with the Seafood Biryani which was a fragrant, rice-laden masterpiece. It was packed with tender shrimp, squid, and fish, and just the right amount of spice to make each bite a delightful journey. I loved this!
Next is the Chicken Biryani was equally impressive. It features succulent chunks of chicken simmered in a blend of spices that left us savoring every mouthful.
1KG Mixed Grill Platter
But the pièce de résistance? The 1 kg Mixed Grill Platter. This thing was a feast fit for royalty! It came with a generous mix of chicken and beef kebabs. The kebabs were grilled to perfection, with each piece boasting a smoky, charred exterior and a juicy, flavorful interior. We also got 10 warm, pillowy pita breads, which were great for scooping up the kebabs and, of course, the sides.
Speaking of sides, we had a whole lineup of goodies:
- Two Servings of Hummus: Creamy and smooth, with a rich, nutty flavor that made us keep going back for more.
- Tomato Cucumber Salad: Crisp and refreshing, this salad provided a perfect balance to the richness of our other dishes.
- Tzatziki: This cool, creamy yogurt dip was a hit with the kebabs, offering a refreshing contrast to the smoky flavors.
- French Fries: Golden and crispy, they were a fun addition to the mix and a hit with everyone at the table.
The meal was not just about the food but the experience—laughing, chatting, and enjoying each other’s company over such a fantastic spread made it all the more special.
