Pancit Bihon
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 chinese sausage, sliced
- 200g pork liempo, cut into small pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup oyster sauce
- 2 cup water
- pork cube
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 cabbage
- 150g beans
- 250g bihon noodles
- ground black pepper
- 1 tsp seasoning granules
- calamansi
- Soak the dried noodles in water for 10 minutes to soften and set aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large wok. Add the chinese sausage and stir-fry for a few seconds. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add pork liempo and cook until brown. Add the garlic and onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, and pork cube. Mix well.
- Mix in veggies and chinese sausage and season with pepper. Stir for a few seconds. Be careful not to overcook the veggies. Transfer to a dish and set aside.
- In the same wok, simmer the liquid then add the noodles.
- Mix well until noodles are cooked and liquid is almost gone. Noodles should still be moist, cooked but not soggy.
- Add back the meat and veggies. mix well. Adjust seasonings.
- Serve with Calamansi.
