Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 chinese sausage, sliced
  • 200g pork liempo, cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup oyster sauce
  • 2 cup water
  • pork cube
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 cabbage
  • 150g beans
  • 250g bihon noodles
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp seasoning granules
  • calamansi

Instructions

  1. Soak the dried noodles in water for 10 minutes to soften and set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large wok. Add the chinese sausage and stir-fry for a few seconds. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Add pork liempo and cook until brown. Add the garlic and onion and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, water,  and pork cube. Mix well.
  5. Mix in veggies and chinese sausage and season with pepper. Stir for a few seconds. Be careful not to overcook the veggies. Transfer to a dish and set aside.
  6. In the same wok, simmer the liquid then add the noodles.
  7. Mix well until noodles are cooked and liquid is almost gone. Noodles should still be moist, cooked but not soggy.
  8. Add back the meat and veggies. mix well. Adjust seasonings.
  9. Serve with Calamansi.
