Pancit Bihon

Dizizit Pancit! I’m finally posting food I cooked again after a little bit of being MIA. Well, I’m not really MIA in the kitchen.. I think I just somehow lost a little bit of mojo but it’s slowly coming back (hopefully). I’m cooking every single day — kasi kung hindi, paano kakain ang fam bam, diba? I’m just not posting as much. Promise I’ll do na ulit.. hihihi.

Twinkle is already back in school — actually her third week now. She was absent almost the whole week last week because of sore throat, fever, coughs, and colds. She’s almost well now and is makulit as ever!

Today, I cooked Pancit Bihon for our meriendinner. I also made Lumpiang Shanghai but it was Ykaie who wrapped it and fried it.

PancitĀ is often served during birthdays because it symbolizes long life and good health. Another reason we cooked this is to celebrate my SIL’s birthday today šŸ„° .

Cheers to your long life and good health ateĀ Arlene! Happy Birthday!
