Air Fryer Nachos

Loaded nachos is one of our guilty pleasures. Thanks to our friends from Nacho King. They sent over some their products to The Peach Kitchen last week. They sent 2 Lightly Salted Chips 300g, Beefy Salsa ,Chunky Salsa and SilipeƱo. And it’s because of this that we were able to make our favorite.

AIR FRYER NACHOS VIDEO

Air Fryer Nachos are the best — you can make ’em in a small batch for individual or you can make a big batch to share. What I love about this is that it highly customizable — you can add any ingredient you fancy. But of course today, we made use of all the products that Nacho King sent. I just added some shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella, and chopped onions to make it more delicious.

We loved the melty cheese and the cheese pull!

Why make Air Fryer Nachos?

Air fryer nachos are a game-changer for several reasons:

  • Crispy Perfection: Air fryers excel at creating crispy textures. Your tortilla chips will come out perfectly crunchy, while the cheese melts to gooey perfection.
  • Quick and Easy: No need to preheat the oven. Air fryers heat up quickly, meaning you can enjoy your nachos in minutes.
  • Less Mess: Compared to oven-baked nachos, air fryers create less mess, making cleanup a breeze.
  • Customization: You can easily customize your nachos with your favorite toppings. From classic cheese and jalapenos to more adventurous options, the possibilities are endless.
  • Healthier Option: While not exactly a health food, air frying generally uses less oil compared to traditional deep-frying, making it a slightly healthier choice. You can also add as many veggies as your heart desires.
  • Make it a meal: Add some protein on top and it goes from a snack to a complete meal in no time.

In short, air fryer nachos offer a delicious, convenient, and customizable snack or meal that’s hard to resist.

Ingredients

  • Nacho chips
  • Beefy Salsa
  • Chunky Salsa
  • SilipeƱo
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • chopped onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the air fryer. Loosely line the bottom of the air fryer basket with aluminum foil. Make sure it comes up the side of the air fryer. This will be the ā€œbowlā€ you cook your nachos in.
  2. Layer ingredients. Start with a layer of nacho chips in the bottom of the air fryer basket. Try not to let them overlap too much. Next add the beefy salsa, the shredded cheddar cheese, and someĀ SilipeƱo. Add another layer of nacho chips. Add the chunky salsa, mozzarella cheese,Ā SilipeƱo, and onions.
  3. You can make as many layers as you can fit in your air fryer basket. Just make sure the top of your nachos are below the rim of the basket.
  4. Cook. Place the air fryer basket in the air fryer and set air fryer to 350 degrees F. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
  5. Serve. Carefully remove the nachos from the air fryer and place on a plate (you can leave the foil underneath or gently lift them off of it). Add more of your favorite toppings and enjoy!
