It’s our 3rd year in a row to celebrate Twinkle’s Birthday at Vista Al Sol. This also serves kasi as our ‘Summer Getaway’ kahit na tag-ulan na.. hehehe.
We’ve been to one resort before this — Casa Dionisio — which I’ve yet to blog about kasi I was still undecided before if I’ll still continue www.mommypeach.com. Anyway, ang init don. And that’s one of the reasons din why we continue going to this resort. There’s a continuous flow of cool fresh water — no chlorine. Hindi makati, hindi malagkit.
The rate is still the same: Day tour for 8am- 5pm is ₱9,000 for up to 15 pax.
This year’s theme is CANDYLAND! We made Candy Salad pa nga to go with the theme.
Here are the amenities of our Vista Al Sol Place
- swimming pool – for adult and for kids
- 2 huts (walang room)
- 1 dining hut with videoke
- 2 restroom/shower
- stove (+₱300 if using)
- grill for ihaw
- cooler
- pet friendly (+₱500, if bringing pets)
- you can buy ice and water here
Our Baon
We had lots of baon at Casa Dionisio but here, sakto lang…
I made Instant Pot Seafood Boil. Just click the link for the recipe. I made this because last time we went swimming they were requesting for a shrimp dish.
Of course, di mawawala ang inihaw. There’s Liempo BBQ, Chicken BBQ, and Bangus. Sis made Pasublot for dessert. Then we have fruits and chips.
Happy rin ako ’cause there’s a large umbrella by the pool. There’s shade when you go swimming at noon.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
What I Like About Vista Al Sol:
- The area is big enough for large number of people. (maximum is 15 people)
- The pool is big and has continuous running water. May kiddie pool and adult pool.
- There is a grill and you can rent a stove and buy distilled water.
- It’s close to nature.
What I Don’t Like About Vista Al Sol:
- The way there is not cemented and in between fields na kasyang-kasya lang ang isang sasakyan.
- Super small restrooms.
- No room included.
Dito kaya ulit kami next year?
