Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders

Craving a delicious weeknight lunch or dinner that’s easy to make and packed with flavor? Look no further than Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders! This recipe is a delightful twist on the classic honey garlic chicken, with a kick of spice that will tantalize your taste buds.

What’s nice about this dish is that Ykaie likes it and she’s actually the one who made it for lunch today. Ang saya magkaroon ng anak na malaki na… heehee

I love the crisp chicken but the key to this dish is the incredible glaze. It’s a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy, making it incredibly addictive. Chili flakes adds the spicy kick, while honey cuts through the saltiness. Garlic brings an extra layer of complexity, and a touch of butter adds richness to the sauce.

This recipe is surprisingly versatile. You can toss chicken wings, crispy shrimp, or even potato wedges in this glaze for a flavor explosion.

But let me tell you why you’ll love this recipe:

  • Easy: This dish may not be quick because of the brining but it’s pretty easy to make.
  • Flavorful: The sweet and spicy glaze is bursting with flavor and will leave you wanting more.
  • Versatile: You can adjust the spice level to your preference and use the glaze on other proteins or vegetables.
  • Family-Friendly: Even picky eaters will love these crispy and flavorful chicken tenders.

So ditch the boring old chicken tenders and give this recipe a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Tips:

  • For a thicker glaze, simmer it for a few minutes before adding the chicken.
  • If you don’t have chili flakes, you can substitute with sriracha or chili garlic sauce. Just be aware that the flavor profile will be slightly different.
  • Serve these chicken tenders with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, or sweet and sour sauce.
