Strawberry Yogurt Pops
- 1.5 cups strawberry
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 500g unsweetened creamy yogurt
- 1/3 cup condensed milk
- 1/3 cup full cream milk
- Combine strawberries, water, and sugar in a medium saucepan set over medium heat. Stir the strawberries and gently mash the strawberries.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook the berries for 8-10 minutes, stirring often, or until the compote reach your desired thickness. Let cool.
- While cooling the strawberries, combine the yogurt, condensed milk, and full cream milk in a bowl and mix well.
- When the berries are cool, scoop 1-2 tbsp in your popsicle molds. Then fill it with the yogurt mixture.
- Give it a quick stir and freeze overnight.
- Enjoy the next day.
