Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Toast the Flour: This adds a nutty depth of flavor. Heat your pan over medium heat and add the flour. Toast for about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning. The flour will change color slightly, becoming a light golden brown. Set aside to cool.
  2. Once cool, combine with the powdered milk, sugar, ad melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Use your polvoron mold to shape it and wrap in cellophane or wax paper.
  4. Enjoy!
