Korean Pork Belly Kimchi Stir Fry
- 500 Pork belly, I used samgyupsal cut, I cut it into 3
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 white onion, sliced
- 1.5 cup Kimchi
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- salt and pepper
- chopped green onions for garnish
- Heat large pan over medium-high heat. Add in pork belly (no need to oil the pan).
- Cook the pork belly until both sides are crispy & golden.
- Set aside. Drain off excess oil from pan.
- Add the garlic and onion and saute until fragrant.
- Add back the pork belly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the kimchi, gochujang, and sesame oil. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve with rice and seasoned nori sheets.
