Air Fried Liempo BBQ
- 500g pork liempo, sliced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- juice of 6 calamansi
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup banana ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Make sure each pork belly is coated with the marinade.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Air fry at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes. If using a different air fryer, turn over the food after 10 or 15 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer and cut into small pieces. Serve with a dipping sauce of vinegar, soy sauce, chopped onion, and a pinch of brown sugar.
