Ginisang Cauliflower (Sauteéd Cauliflower with Shrimp)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 500g shrimp, shells removed and deveined
- 1 large cauliflower hear, cleaned and cut into small pieces
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp seasoning granules (optional)
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- patis to taste
- Heat oil in a pot. Sauté garlic and onion until onion becomes translucent.
- Add the shrimp and cook until shrimp turns orange.
- Add the cauliflower and mix well.
- Add the oyster sauce and water. Mix well.
- Cover and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
- Remove cover and season with ground black pepper and seasoning granules.
- Mix well. Adjust sesoning. Add patis if needed.
- Simmer for a couple more minutes and it’s done.
- Serve with steamed rice.
