Ginisang Repolyo with Tokwa (Cabbage with Tofu)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 cup tokwa, cut into cubes
- 3 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 large cabbage, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- patis and pepper to taste
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the tokwa until brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the cabbage and sauté for about 10 seconds.
- Add water, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
- Add the fried tokwa and mix well.
- Adjust seasoning. Add patis and pepper if needed.
- Turn off heat and enjoy!
