Hawaiian Pork Tapa

Ingredients

  • 500g pork kasim, sliced thinly
  • pineapple juice (from pineapple tidbits)
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup pineapple tidbits
  • 1/4 cup oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine pork kasim, pneapple juice. sugar, salt, and vinegar. Mix well.
  2. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight to make it more tasty.
  3. Fry in oil until caramelized
  4. Garnish with pineapple tidbits
  5. Serve with steamed rice
