Hawaiian Pork Tapa
- 500g pork kasim, sliced thinly
- pineapple juice (from pineapple tidbits)
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 cup pineapple tidbits
- 1/4 cup oil for frying
- In a large bowl, combine pork kasim, pneapple juice. sugar, salt, and vinegar. Mix well.
- Marinate for 2 hours or overnight to make it more tasty.
- Fry in oil until caramelized
- Garnish with pineapple tidbits
- Serve with steamed rice
