Peanut butter Cups Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup soy milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter, I used Skippy
- 2–3 tbsp dark chocolate chunks
- Combine all the ingredients (except dark chocolate chunks) together in a jar.
- Mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, when you’re ready to eat, take oats out of the fridge. Melt the dark chocolate chunk in the microwave and top it on your oats. Put back in the fridge for about 10 minutes for it to harden.
- Smash with a spoon and ENJOY!
