We’ve been wanting to go to Antipolo Cathedral since last month pero natuloy lang kami last week. We were able to hear mass there and of course, decided to go to for coffee afterwards. We went looking for a coffee shop but ended up at Cafe Lupe Antipolo.
Cafe Lupe Antipolo is actually a mexican-themed restaurant that also serves coffee and Filipino food. It has one of the best overlooking spots and you would absolutely love it there during sunset.
OUR ORDERS
We initially wanted to have coffee and they do offer different kinds of coffee but after checking out the menu, we decided to just have an early dinner. Here are the food we ordered.
We had Fried Boneless Bangus (₱300) and Garlic Beef Tapa (₱350). Both orders came with garlic fried rice, two sunny side up egg and a slice of cucumber and tomato.
Ykaie wanted the Nachos Muchos (₱375) and Twinkle wanted French Fries (₱200). Ther servings were big so DaddyDoodleDoo and I ended up sharing with their orders kahit na bawal sa akin.. LOL!
DaddyDoodleDoo ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese (₱320)for us to share. We ended up not liking it because it tasted like Pinoy Spaghetti.
Twinkle also had the Watermelon Shake (₱150) and Ykaie was the only person who had coffee. She ordered the Cafe Macchiato (₱170)
We may not like all the food but we absolutely loved the view! We were there before sunset kaya naman we were able to watch the sunset and how the horizon changed colors from blue to orange to purple and eventually got dark later on.
It was a fun and tiring day. We got home at around 9pm na. Hopefully, we can visit a lot more places… baka mag-lockdown na naman…
Cafe Lupe is located at Lot 2-C & 2-B Sumulong Hwy, Antipolo, 1870 Rizal.
