So after our yummy but weird lunch at Pamana Restaurant/Tsokolateria and our short pasyal at the Tagaytay Picnic Grove, we decided to have coffee at The Crossing Cafe before going home. The Crossing Cafe is a newly opened cafe by Coffee Project. Medyo similar yung ambience but the menu offers a lot more. Of course they have coffee but they also offer kombuchas and wine. Aside from the usual cakes and pastries, they also have appetizers, breakfast meals, salads, bowls of soups, sandwiches, pizzas — even cheese boards! I’ve been wanting to go here because I wanted to experience both the ambience and the food. Too bad, we just had lunch when we went so I wasn’t able to try much of the food that they offer.
I decided not to order a drink because I already had hot chocolate and champorado from Tsokolateria earlier. I was scared that my hyperacidity would act up. Sis had the Iced Americano (₱220), Daddydoodledoo had the hot Americano (₱205), and Ykaie had the Iced Sea Salt Caramel Latte (₱360). The coffees were a bit pricey no?! Ykaie’s order was only for a 16oz cup size…
We also had Carrot Cake (above), Blueberry Pie, Lemon Eclair, and Loaded Potato Fries (₱225). Everything was good naman but I wasn’t a fan of the Lemon Eclair.
Si Twinkle, very comfy.. parang nasa bahay lang.. LOL!
We had a very nice experience at this cafe — very instagrammable yung place and there’s a rooftop. The rooftop is a different restaurant and you’re not allowed to bring food from downstairs. Hopefully we can visit again soon so we can try the other items from the menu.
The Crossing Café is located at Villar Land Crossing North Bound, Molino 4, Bacoor Cavite.
