Instant Pot Paksiw na Pata
- 1.2 kg pork pata
- banana blossoms
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Put all the ingredients in the Instant Pot. Mix well.
- Pressure cook on high for 35 minutes.
- Release the pressure and mix well
- Serve with steaming hot rice and enjoy.
