Cheesy Baked Scallops
- 1 kg scallops, washed and cleaned
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup salted butter, room temperature
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Make your butter-cheese mixture: In a large bowl, combine the garlic, butter, mayo, cheese, parsley and pepper. Mix well.
- Put a spoonful on each scallop and bake at 400ºF for 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
