Tortang Hotdog (Hotdog Omelette)
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pc onion
- 3 pcs hotdog
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
- 4 pcs egg
- Sauté garlic and onion in margarine using a non-stick pan.
- Add hotdog and water. Cook until water has evaporated. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pour eggs.
- Gently stir and cook over medium heat until barely set. Cover with a plate, flip and slide back to the pan to cook the other side for another minute. Remove from the pan and rest for 5 minutes and cut into serving pieces. Transfer on a plate and serve.
