Santol Juice (Cotton Fruit Juice)
- 1 large santol
- 1–2 tbsp of sugar
- 2 cups water
- lots of ice
- Peel santol and chop it up horizontally and vertically.
- Crumble it into pieces in a tall glass — I used a beer mug.
- Add the sugar and mash it to bring out the juices.
- Pour in the water and mix well.
- You can add lots of ice or just put it in the fridge to chill before consuming
