Grilled Liempo
- 4 slices pork belly or liempo, this is 1.2kg
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- juice of 4 calamansi or 2 tbsp 7Grains Lemonsito/Calamansi Puree
- 1/4 cup banana ketchup
- charcoal for grilling

- Lato/seaweed
- steamed veggies like okra and camote tops
- tomato slices
- steamed rice
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, calamansi juice, and banana ketchup. Mix well.
- Put your pork belly in a large bowl and pour the soy-calamansi-ketchup marinade.
- Marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
- Grill the pork belly on each side and baste it with the marinade from time to time to keep it flavorful and juicy.
- Serve the pork belly with Lato Salad (seaweed), steamed rice, and a spicy soy-vinegar dipping sauce.
