If you can say that you are a Dierks Bentley’s fan, then you will love this place. It is a gastropub that shows off his rock & roll attitude. You can characterize it as a casual and warm place, with a wooden interior that adds up to a relaxed atmosphere. If you love the country vibe, then this is definitely the place for you. Despite being a Tempe Nightclub, it is a place where you can have a good lunch. It is well known for serving fresh American cuisine, as well as being a modern country bar. This is one of those places where you can enjoy the food and also go for a casual night out. On weekdays they open at 4 PM, while during the weekend you can get there as early as 10 AM. Do not forget that during Happy Hour (which refers to the hours between 4-7 PM) you can get some awesome deals on food and drinks.
This is definitely not one of those places that offer only snacks that people order along with drinks. Considering that it is known for the nightlife, like this San Diego Nightclub , the choice available on the menu for lunch and dinner is surprising. You can make a good combination of a starter, entry, and even a dessert, according to your taste. Entrees are mostly chicken, and my favorite is the Chicken and Waffles. This is a dish consisted of grilled chicken, served with cornmeal waffle and topped with pickled jalapeños.
Southern fries are a must try if you are excited by the idea of having lots of melted cheese on your platter. This is definitely a good starter if you are a cheese lover, as it has both melted cheddar and bleu cheese dressing. Also, do not forget to try the fried pickles, if you are a fan of pickled food.
There is a whole section of sliders that caught my attention. Sliders are those small hamburgers that look so cute, and you get a portion of few. I don’t know why, but I always find them tastier than the big ones. And here, they serve them with a soft brioche bun which is even more delicious. If you don’t like finger foods, then you can order an ordinary burger. The burgers are nice, and you can choose if you want to have yours served with fries, grilled broccolini, onion rings, garlic fries, or just salad.
