Easy Delicia Truffles
- 1 pack Oreo cookies, that’s around 24 pieces
- 3–4 tbsp Gardenia Delicia Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
- 1 cup chocolate chips or candy melts
- 1 tsp canola oil
- Sprinkles for decoration {optional}
- Remove Oreo fillings. I think it’s too sweet if you include them in the truffles.
- Use a food processor to crush oreo cookies. If you don’t have a food processor, imagined the face of somebody you’re fond of to crush Oreos manually.
- Add in Gardenia Delicia Chocolate Hazelnut Spread. You can either mix it in through your food proccessor or mix it with a spoon manually.
- Roll the mixture into 1″ balls and place on a plate or a plastic container.
- Refrigerate for a few hours. I let mine sit in the fridge overnight.
- Combine chocolate chips and canola oil.
- Melt chocolate chips using double broiler or microwave.
- Dip oreo balls into chocolate, tap off the excess, and set aside on a wax-paper-lined cookie sheet to dry.
- You can sprinkle crushed cookies or rainbow sprinkles to make it cute.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
