Okay, so here’s Weekly Menu Plan #2 and there are some adjustments based on peanutbutter♥’s new work schedule. Yup, he’s back on the night shift.
I wasn’t able to follow last week’s plan accordingly because there were some days when we went out to eat. There were also some days when I didn’t feel like cooking one of the dishes and I swapped it for one of the other day’s meals. Those that I wasn’t able to cook were carried out to this week’s menu plan like the Tofu Steak and the Chicken Parm. See? I told you I’m not good at meal planning.. LOL! but I’m getting there. I found out that meal planning helps me clean up the cupboard and the fridge as I get to check them regularly.
Like I’ve said, peanutbutter♥ is back on the night shift and that means I have to prepare baon twice a day. Once in the morning for Ykaie and one at night for him… it’s another week of adjustments and challenges to overcome.
This week’s menu is composed of Breakfast, Lunch, Baon and Dinner. Only Monday and Friday has lunch scheduled because the rest of the week, it’s just me and Twinkle at home and breakfast is also the same as lunch. peanutbutter will be coming home at around 9, so his breakfast and lunch is one and the same before he sleeps all throughout the day.
